I am available for workshops and events if you are looking for somebody to run sound and quantum healing journeys. I am also available for retreats to provide individual massage, sound and quantum healing. Join me for the official launch of Carinyah Qi Gong at Homestead Park in Thornlie.
​
Over the course of four weeks, I will introduce you to the basic concepts of Posture, Breath, Meditation & Mindfulness within the practice of Qi Gong.
​
Qi Gong is a form of internal martial art, where the focus is on cultivating internal strength to fortify the external body.
​
Qi Gong is suitable for all ages and physical abilities. It can be done seated.
