Modern life is hectic! It is so important to allow your body to fully slow down and receive. This package provides just that. A brief respite in the busy-ness of your day-to-day that works to reset you gently and deeply.

Beginning with a welcome smudging, Oracle Card selection and intention setting, we customise the session specifically towards your needs. There may be more happening for you on a physical, mental or spiritual level, and the work performed will reflect your own personal needs.
You will be gently guided into a deep state of relaxation through the use of breathwork, gentle touch, sound healing and multidimensional quantum healing, focusing on the chakras, or energy centres within your energy field.

You may require more work on the chakras that relate to your physical being - Base, Sacral and Solar Plexus - in which case you will have more focus on the lower parts of the body. Reflexology is a great tool for helping with issues related to the Base chakra, or any pain present in the feet and legs. Work on the Sacral chakra may include more intensive quantum womb healing. Balancing the solar plexus involves deep breathing and release through the fascial hotspots,

If you need more of a focus to move stuck emotions and to balance your spiritual being, the session will centre around the upper Chakras - Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown. Indian Head Massage is a powerful way in which to help bring balance to all upper chakras. Opening through the heart space with fascial release; vocal toning for the Throat; facial massage for the Third Eye; and intensive quantum healing at the Crown.

Heaven and Earth
Indian Head Massage & Reflexology
This package begins with a soothing Foot Soak and Scrub using customised Ahimsa Essential Oils and Nelumbo Grapefruit Salt Polish.

A blissful seated Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage is then performed. This massage practice targets areas in the chest, neck, arms, shoulders, face and scalp. Using a variety of techniques to awaken and stimulate; calm and soothe; promote circulation and lymphatic drainage; and balance the upper Chakras including the Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown. A head massage like no other!
You are then guided to the table where you will be given foot Reflexology. Working with major reflex points on your feet and ankles, this massage works along the Meridians of the body to target organs, tissues, lymphatics, nerves and glands, in order to release energy stagnation in the targeted region.

Whilst on the table, you will be treated to a Kansa Wand facial. This Ayurvedic tool can help balance your pH, detoxify the skin, tone and boost lymphatic drainage. A scalp massage completes the massage component of this package.
You will then be provided with a gentle sound healing to integrate the work, reset the nervous system and aid in deep restoration in the body.

The Restorative Treatment
Our most popular package - the Resorative Treatment begins with an Oracle card draw, followed by a Foot Soak and Scrub using customised Ahimsa Essential Oils and Nelumbo Grapefruit Salt Polish.

You are then guided to the table where you are given a full-body hot stone massage. Beautiful, soothing and sensual, the stones will gently warm your muscles which are softer and more pliable to work with. This massage includes joint mobilisation and 'jostling' of the body and limbs, to ensure all parts of your body are addressed and loosened,
Foot reflexology is included in this treatment. This technique works along the Meridians of the body to target organs, tissues, lymphatics, nerves and glands, in order to release energy stagnation in the targeted region.

Abdominal 'Chi' massage to further support organ detoxification and digestive, urinary and lymphatic drainage is provided. This is also a fantastic way to release emotional energy that sits within the abdominal organs.

The An Mo package begins with an Oracle card draw, followed by a Foot Soak and Scrub using customised Ahimsa Essential Oils and Nelumbo Grapefruit Salt Polish.

Using warmed oils, the An Mo massage in then performed. Working to awaken your feminine energy, this gorgeous ceremony is an honouring to you, in your role of receiver. Step out of the energy of constantly doing, and honour the part of you who needs to let go and simply BE.
A variety of movements are performed to awaken the heart energy and to move energy from the Base chakra, through to the Heart chakra. Feel the flow of open-hearted love energy flow through you as you receive the most beautiful experience to ignite your sensuality, your divine and creative feminine energy.

Hot stones and hot towels are used throughout the ceremony. There is also an option for tantric breast massage, which aids physically in moving lymph but also helps to move any blockages of heart energy at the heart space.

A mini chakra-balance is then given. Using a variety of harmonised sound therapy instruments, vibrations and toning, visualisations and breathwork, you will leave feeling a deep sense of reconnection to your true essence. This is truly an honouring of the sacred feminine.

You are then guided to the table where you will melt with a full-body hot stone massage. Beautiful, soothing and sensual, the stones will gently warm your muscles which are softer and more pliable to work with. This package also incorporates a mini womb massage so points around your glutes, lower back, sacrum and coccyx are brought into focus to help with releasing tension and emotions held in these regions of the body.
Foot reflexology with hot stones and hot towels are included in this package. Reflex points on the feet and firmly massaged to help with releasing stagnant energy along these meridians and within specific organs. This is followed by hot toe stones and hot towels.

Your womb is then treated to the most delicious womb healing massage. Targeting all of the digestive and reproductive organs, this powerful ​healing will aid in organ detoxification, lymphatic drainage, circulation of chi, and promotes wellness within the uterus, ovaries, and other womb spaces.

Skin is your biggest organ and it needs to be loved! I see a lot of dry skin in the winter and a lot of burnt skin in the summer. So, only the highest quality organic products are used in my clinic. These gorgeous products will leave you feeling and smelling amazing and best of all, will deeply moisturise your skin.

I primarily use products from Nelumbo Artisan Skincare. I also sell a small range of Nelumbo massage oils/body serums that can be purchased in clinic. These cost $20 for a bottle.
